Sticking to the Basics - Friday
Good morning everyone,
B: 1/2 cup coffee :-)
2 oz cooked egg beaters
Protein Shake
L: 2 oz Smoked Salmon wih light mayo
D: 2 oz pureed meat ball parm
1 TBSP pureed lima beans with diet margerine
Protien Shake
S: Sugar Free ice pop
Although, I don't think I have a chance in hay of eating all this....lol
Breakfast: Refried beans and Greek yogurt
Not sure about the rest of the day, but something pureed and high in protein since I'm still on pureed until Tuesday when I can advance to soft foods. I'm going to try and get a protein shake in today since yesterday I only had about 30 grams of protein. Need to shoot for at least 50-60.
