Thursday Excercise
Today is a rest day for me. I did get to run in the rain yesterday and it was awesome! My next race is Saturday - the Bottle and Cork in Dewey Beach and I am soooo looking forward to it! There will be no running tomorrow either... wow, 2 rest days in a row!

You can't measure your achievements with someone else's yardstick!

Did my double-dip workout again this morning for just the second time. About 45 minutes of weights, an hour on the elliptical.
I have to tell you, I don't like forcing myself out of bed earlier, but working out in the mornning, then haivng a protein shake when I get to my desk has kept me from being hungry at all - all morning long. Not sure why, but I like it.
plus, I get to be at my desk all day, which was my original motivation for switching up a bit, because I'm very busy at work right now!
