Thursday Excercise

Good Morning Everyone!
I did not see anyone posting this thread so I will start again. Sigh..I did an hour on my Elliptical this morning and will be walking and moving around on my lunch and breaks. SO What is everyone else doing to move today?

Today is a rest day for me.  I did get to run in the rain yesterday and it was awesome!  My next race is Saturday - the Bottle and Cork in Dewey Beach and I am soooo looking forward to it!  There will be no running tomorrow either... wow, 2 rest days in a row!

You can't measure your achievements with someone else's yardstick!

Exercise for me today will be a one hour Power Step class.  Also, I'll be doing a lot of walking at the company golf outing this afternoon, unless of course it rains (which I am totally hoping for because I don't want to go!!!).

didn't get to the gym yesterday, but I did do squats, lunges and ab work at home.  Not as much as I would have done in the gym, but at least I did something.

Today, I WILL GET TO THE GYM -----  shoulders, biceps, abs, cardio

Plan on walking as much as I can.  Off day for the rec center.

Yesterday I did 40 min on eliptical. I had intentions on going to the gym to lift weights after work but that didn't happen. Today is a rest day for me.

Did my double-dip workout again this morning for just the second time. About 45 minutes of weights, an hour on the elliptical.

I have to tell you, I don't like forcing myself out of bed earlier, but working out in the mornning, then haivng a protein shake when I get to my desk has kept me from being hungry at all - all morning long.  Not sure why, but I like it.

plus, I get to be at my desk all day, which was my original motivation for switching up a bit, because I'm very busy at work right now!

I exercised my patience today...but thats about it!  However....last night I went to my karate class and tomorrow I plan on hitting the gym for an extra long calorie burning work out.
