Tuesday Excercise
Morning Shilpa!
I did an abbreviated workout this morning - a 12-minute sprint on the rowing machine followed by weights, pushups and stretching. I was running about a half-hour late getting to the gym. Sigh.
BUT... I'm planning to go to my first Zumba class tonight, and am totally psyched for it!

Went to the the community center for the first time today. Did a little over a mile on the treadmill and a most of the one hour cardio class. Had to take a time out in the middle. The leader said I did really well. I will take a walk this evening also. At least I will have some structure to my excercise. Next week I will add swimming
