Tuesday Excercise

Good Morning Everyone!
I did my 45 minutes on the Elliptical and will be walking on my lunch and breaks weather permiting. So what is everyone else doing to move today?

People comment on my over 100 pound weight loss and attribute it to my WILLpower, but it is my WANTpower: I WANT to be thin and healthy more than anything else!

Morning Shilpa!

I did an abbreviated workout this morning - a 12-minute sprint on the rowing machine followed by weights, pushups and stretching.  I was running about a half-hour late getting to the gym.  Sigh.

BUT... I'm planning to go to my first Zumba class tonight, and am totally psyched for it!

I am afraid that I have a 12 hr work day today and will not be doing any formal excercise.
Will try to get away from my desk some and walk around

I had my gym bag all packed AGAIN for Curves and left it sitting in my bedroom AGAIN - so it'll be my exercise bike tonight - Curves tomorrow night. I try to be pro-active and pack the bag the night before but then I forget about it and leave it sitting there - duh.

Went to the the community center for the first time today.  Did a little over a mile on the treadmill and a most of the one hour cardio class.  Had to take a time out in the middle.  The leader said I did really well.  I will take a walk this evening also.  At least I will have some structure to my excercise.  Next week I will add swimming
