Sticking to the Basics - Wed.
Good Morning ladies. Still feeling crummy so here is the "pouch friendly" menu for the day - I know it is horrible but I am planning it so I am forgiving myself. I'll still get all my protein in.
B: 1/2 english muffin with cream cheese, fage and peaches
S: cheddar cheese
L: mac and cheese (homemade)
S: chocolate pudding
D: scallops and tomato/basil/mozz salad
S: chocolate pudding with PB maybe (last night this made me super sick - but wasn't feeling great after dinner to begin with)

M1: oatmeal made with milk
M2: hard boiled egg white
M3: mixed greens with turkey, olives, and feta
M4: apple slices and a cheese stick
M5: EAS protein drink
M6: ham, cabbage and green beans
lots of water
20 minutes bike, 20 minutes ARC trainer, 20 minutes elliptical unless it isn't raining - then a light 3 mile run.
