Labor Day Weekend Accountability

Greetings Everyone,
I did not want you to think I gave up on my accountability.  I was crazy busy with family stuff on Saturday, and Sunday I crashed and burned, so to speak.  Truth be told, I did blow it with my carb intake on both days.  Nothing earth shattering, just went over my 200 gram limit with chips and other assorted junk.  I felt awful emotionally and physically as a result, and am so glad to be back on track, so to speak.

I am getting my butt moving a little today.  My sleep is off because of not taking my bedtime meds as scheduled last night.  Kind of has me out of sorts, and sleeping today.  I am going to head up to the bike in my bedroom and take the layer of crud off of it and make it move while I watch the Phillies try to not have this series against the Astros become a sweep.

In the meantime, I am packing my lunch for school tomorrow and hoping I get the school year off to a positive start.

Hugs,
Trish
