Accountability a day late
Hey everyone, I was so fried last night, I did not check in with my carb accountability. I stayed under 200 grams of carbs yesterday. I am really finding this helping me tremendously. I get tempted to make bad choices, especially candy, or breads, or whatever, and I remind myself that I am accountable to you all, and Dr. Marymor.
I made some bran muffins today with All-bran cereal and Splenda Sugar-blend. Not sure how to figure out the carbs with that, as the recipe nutrition label has the carbs for when it is made with sugar. What is good is that each muffin has 4 grams of fiber, which helps me in my carb count, and plumbing...lol. I froze all but what I ate for breakfast. What I am doing is IF I give into the carb attack, I make sure whatever I consume has at least 3 grams of fiber per serving. It helps me soooo much.
sorry to babble...I am just making sure I stay on the straight and narrow and you all help me by being here.

It is good that you are aware of your carb intake and are taking steps to ensure that you do not overdo it. I think you have a pretty solid plan in place! Keep up all the great work!!!!
