In case any are interested, I just calculated nutrition and posted my turkey chili recipe on Sparkpeople.com. Here's the link:

There are 8g of sugar per serving, but MOST of that's coming from the tomatoes. A tiny bit from the BBQ sauce. I'm going to try to make it in a couple of weeks with a homemade BBQ sauce to cut that down even more, but I think this is low enough not to bother the dumpers in the group.
Enjoy!

Brown the turkey. While browning add onion powder, garlic powder and chili powder; I use lots of chili powder. I also add a clove or two of fresh garlic finely chopped or pressed while browning the turkey a dash or two of worchestershir sauce and a pinch of cayenne pepper; salt and pepper to taste. I add a few squirts of low sugar Ketchup and a squirt or two of mustard. Then I add a can of crushed tomatoes and between 1 and 2 Tbs of tomato paste depending on the amount of turkey and whether you like it soupy or thick.. Add half of a chopped green pepper and half of a good sized chopped onion. Add a can or two of kidney beans (drained). Cook for at least 2 hours. 3 is even better. ENJOY!
