Greek Yogurt question
Go for the non-fat, plain greek yogurts. Do not get anything with add ins....way too much sugar. Regular light yogurts are ok, but you might as well go for the protein punch in the greek (although more expensive) Also, Trader Joe's brand is great and cheaper than the others.
I love it mixed with sf jelly or the sf syrups like orange, raspberry, etc.

The greek yogurt (non fat, plain) has protein, and is much thicker than other yogurts, it tastes like sour cream so you need to put something into it such as a heaping tablespoon (1 svg) of Jell-0 Instant S/F F/F Pudding Mix. It will be much more satisfying than the other yogurts because of the thickness and the protein.
I like the Fage greek yogurt (plain) and mixed fresh strawberries and about 1/2 packet of Splenda with 1/2 small container the other day - very good. But yes, you definitely need to mix something, anything with it to add flavor because its just nasty plain! I can't eat any flavored yogurts because they all have to much sugar.
