OK SO this is a rough weekend food wise with picnics and all - make good choices!!

B: 1/2 english muffin and some steak bits
S: fage and peaches
L: homemade pork eggrolls and broccoli
S: cheddar cheese
D: scallops and tomato salad
S: not sure - might make chocolate pudding

M1:  weight control oatmeal made with milk
M2:  apple and a cheese stick
M3:  egg salad
M4:  remaining apple
M5:  milk
M6:  baked tilapia and grilled squash

Recovery day from running (legs are killing me) so I will be playing golf instead!

You can't measure your achievements with someone else's yardstick!

 I was off to a good start and this pregnacy plus my PRISSY pouch are driving me bonkers!!

B: Some granola in yogurt .. did not go well
S: just some hot tea... still did not go well
L: soup.. We will see how it goes.
S:. not gonna pu****! lol
D: something  good i hope. lol
S: I probably will pass out early!!
