Friday Excercise

Good Morning Everyone!
I did 45 minutes on the Elliptical and will be walking on my lunch and breaks. So what is everyone else doing to move today?

People comment on my over 100 pound weight loss and attribute it to my WILLpower, but it is my WANTpower: I WANT to be thin and healthy more than anything else!

I guess I better be moving my butt tonight on the exercise bike and walking because I know I won't get anything in tomorrow or Sunday, so it'll be Monday before I do anything again. Yup, that's it - exercise bike tonight for sure!
