Finally!
Well, the scale is FINALLY moving again, after about 5 1/2 weeks of stalling at an infuriating 200.6 lbs. I mean c'mon... a lousy .6 pounds away from onederland!? ARGH.
This morning... at long last... the darn thing actually responded and my weight is... drum roll.... 197.6! Woo hoo! ONEderland! (honestly, it was 199.2 yesterday but i didn't trust it.. figured 2 days with the one and i'd believe it...)
I haven't seen the 190s since the day I got married (i was 193) on 10/10/87. I only got there then because I had spent 3 months on a crash diet hungry and completely crazed and panicked trying to fit into my wedding dress. The day after the wedding I started eating again, and basically never stopped.
So this represents a significant emotional goal for me, as well as a physical one. I am now able to wear my ORIGINAL wedding ring (which hasn't fit me for years and years). And I'm planning to see the 180s soon... and so on.
