Good Mornign ladies! RUnning behind this morning -sorry!

B: english muffin with lite cream cheese
S: fage and peaches
L: chicken with veggies and feta
S: roast beef roll ups
D: scallops and a veggie (if I get to the grocery store) if not leftover steak
S: peach crisp

This is the last day of my work week - 4 day weekend... wahoo!!

M1:  spinach chicken bake weight control oatmeal
M2:  apple and a cheese stick
M3:  steak salad - spring mix, steak, tomatoes, avocado, boiled egg white and good seasons dressing
M4:  leftover apple
M5:  myloplex protein drink after workout
M6:  chicken taco salad - chicken, lettuce, avocado, tomatoes, onion, salsa, sour cream and a sprinkle of cheese

wow - that is a lot of food!

I think I've got that stomach thing that's going around - yuck.  Sigh.  Keeping it light this morning and not as much milk as yesterday (that seems to have been a mistake).

B:  Protein shake
S:  nothing
L:  Chicken with guacamole
S:  half protein bar
D:  broiled seafood of some type (going to dinner prior to the viewing tonight)

E:  2+ mile run, weights, pushups, stretches

just noticing that you might want to get something in for your snacks... your protein and amount of food seems low - just a suggestion :) OF course this might be a totally off day for you and nothing more!
