Thanks. I get the majority of carbs from veggies and LF daily products. Its rare I have a bread product anymore but use whole gain bread when I do.

I actually don't eat any fruit at all. Too many natural sugars from it. I have actually dumped worse on fruit than I have over a piece of candy.

When and IF I do eat fruit, I seem to handle Pineapple the best. Not sure why. But berries and other fruit do me in!

i don't eat fruit or bread, rice, or pasta anymore and get most of my carbs from beans, veggies, and dairy as well.

104 lbs lost now Maintenance BABY!!!!
