Good Morning Everyone,
I did my hour on the Elliptical and will be walking on my lunch and breaks so what is everyone else doing to move today?
-Shilpa People comment on my over 100 pound weight loss and attribute it to my WILLpower, but it is my WANTpower: I WANT to be thin and healthy more than anything else!
Rocco day at the gym.. that means about 20 mins of cardio before my time with him, then an hour of strength training with him.. Today we work shoulders, biceps, abs
I'm going to try changing things up a bit to keep the metabolism off balance, so will be doing alternate day exercises, except for arm weights (daily). So today's a non-cardio/workout day.
