Good morning all - another non-exciting day for me as well. At work now and it was actually WARM in here this morning but I think its because the A/C wasn't working - they could leave it that way for me - its been way too cold in here lately, and its not just me - everybody has been freezing.

Tonight I will ride my recumbant bike, walk the dog, relax and watch the baseball game. I actually stayed awake for the whole game last night - Cole was back on his game!

So that's it for me - hope everyone has a great day - it sure is beautiful enough out there.

Good Morning Everyone,

Wow!! We all live such exciting lives!! LOL!! Today has me cleaning up the house this morning and then taking my car for inspection and oil change before heading into work from 3:30 to midnight.
That is it for me. I need to go through the mound of paperwork that came home from the first day of school.

Pam, I wish Brian a successful surgery!!

Hope you all have a great day!!

Pam - good luck with Brian's surgery.  He's so lucky to have such a patient and caring spouse!

Today's a pretty quiet one for me.  First day back at school for Becky, who's starting her (gulp) senior year.  Hopefully no drama there.

I'm starting a 3-day "full liquid" phase with no fruit (yikes - i love fruit!) per Nan's suggestion as a change-up to kick-start the metabolism.  Then will do 3 days at 1150 cals and full food textures... then we'll see what comes next - maybe something in between.  Also am going to try exercising every other day for a week (instead of every day) to see if that changes anything up.  If nothing else, my body will be REALLY confused by next week - haha!

Nothing happening here either.  Going for a couple of walks and goofing off.  I guess I should enjoy the time I have off work.  Have a great day everybody.
