Surgery is a GO for Sept 14th!!!!!

I got the call from my surgeons office last night. Surgery is definitely set for September 14th. I will be leaving work early today to go have my PAT's done. Yeah, out of work early, I'll do anything to get out of work

This has been a long road and now I'm just 13 days away from this actually happening. I'm into day 2 of my liquid diet. I have my final appointment prior to surgery with Doc on the 10th. Now it's time to relax all the hard work and research to get here is done. Time for me to take a little time to rest and get ready for after surgery, my sipping, walking, sipping, and walking I am definitely ready for this thanks to all on here that have been a support system to me. THANK YOU

Just think on October 3rd the First Saturday support meeting at Barix I will finally be a Post-Op after being a Pre-Op for a year

Thanks....Persistance was the key. If those that had lite the fire under my arse to make it happen hadn't done that.....I'd have given up a year ago....I thank God they lite that fire....
