"changing up" examples?
Bonnie,
Yep - I'm getting the 64 oz of liquid or a little more every day, mostly water with lemon. I'm going to try and switch up my protein shake to the evening - good suggestion, and might work more easily with the working-out-at-work thing.
I'm very careful to read the labels with regard to the grains, and you're absolutely right - multigrain is not necessarily "whole" grain. The flatouts that I use are whole grain and are very good (and good nutritionally, too).
Thanks for the suggestions!

Which flatouts do you use? And are they a wrap...or like a roll? (not to be confused, of course, with rock and roll....) ok...I'll stop making corny blurry eyed 6:21am jokes....
but seriously...what are these things you speak of?

Instead of complaining that the rosebush has thorns, be happy that the thorn bush has roses.

Again, I'm only having maybe 2 - 3 per week, but they do make a really tasty sandwich.
