M6:  I am thinking about roast beef for some weird reason and grilled eggplant

upper body weights and ARC trainer if my legs will allow me... so darn sore from back to back to back runs

Still struggling with breakfast after a workout at work.... sigh... went to the aptly-nicknamed "crapeteria" after my workout today and got an egg white "omelet".  Well, it was protein.  About all I can say to recommend it.  Any good suggestions?  I do have access to a microwave and mini-fridge...

B:  Egg white omelet with american cheese
S:  Grapes with strawberry yogurt
L:  Meatball sandwich (turkey LF m'balls, LF cheese, sliced tomato, flatout multigrain with flax)
S:  Fresh pineapple with karen's fruit dip
D:  Not sure yet - probably turkey cutlet left overs, or chicken breast with squash

E:  15 min "sprint" on rowing machine, 10 min elliptical, 10 min weights
