Hi -
I found that having something warm to drink calmed my new tummy down. Sugar free hot cocoa, decaf coffee and decaf tea. I used sugar free vanilla soy milk in place of cream with some splenda for my coffee. It came out very "rich" tasting.
if you are having a hard time getting the liquids in, try SF popsicles... I SWORE by them in the first month or so after surgery. I hadn't had any in awhile and just bought some the other day.
so got reply from Nutritionist and she says something similar. Up my liquids. so far that seems to have done the trick. Thanks everyone for your advice and experiences. Especially those who had the same thing I did... made me feel better that I was not the only one. LOL
