I have a few questions:  I was told not to become a grazer..... Am I a grazer if I have to eat 6 times a day to get everything in?  Or am I normal?  I can't eat all that in one sitting, so I have to eat small amts several times a day....Please help, because I don't want to get to a point where I stretch my pouch...

No you're not a grazer - you're eating exactly as you should be. Most of us eat 6 small meals a day (evidence is on this thread). You want to stick to smaller portions thru-out the day. Grazing would be if you find yourself snacking between those eating times on things like carbs or sugars - stuff we shouldn't have anyway. Don't get me wrong - I do eat some carbs - try to keep them healthy ones but grazing is easy to let get out of control.

You won't stretch your pouch as long as you don't stuff yourself - stick to the serving sizes your nutritionist or surgeon gave you and you'll be fine.

As long as your meal doesn't extend 30 minutes and your meals are spaced 2-3 hours apart, your not a grazer.

Some days your the dog and some days your the hydrant.
