Beth, glad you like the spinach chicken stuff.. I wish I could remember where I got the recipe. I also want to find out where the protein balls recipe came from so I could go back to the person and see if theirs were so dry. oh well
inquiring minds on facebook are asking about the shrimp fried "rice". I'm not giving up the secret just yet. I want them to guess and then I will send them the recipe. LOL!

WOW, Liz's sounded like so much fun. Hopefully, when I'm fully healed I will be able to make the trip and join the group! Liz, it's wonderful you open up your home/heart to so many. Hope I get to meet you soon! I also can't wait until I can eat some good food - lol - still on stage 2 at this point for another 2 weeks, then I move to pureed.

again, another thank you to Liz for opening up her home and heart to us....it was a great afternoon, and so many different foods to try........wow, the shrimp fried rice was good, and tastes like the chop suey you'd get in california......very good, I am going out and buying one of those grill fry pans, really enjoyed the eggplant done on it....and everything else too....the salmon pouched was awesome.....thank you everyone *****ally got creative with all your dishes...plus all the great fellowship of you wls...and families..........................
