Lois, Chele, Angela, Nan.. anyone else.. let's talk about hotel arrangements--like who is going to call to reserve the room for the 2 nights and timing.  What time are we going to meet and stuff.  I need to figure out if I will work that day at all.. I was thinking about taking a 1/2 day which would mean I'd be done at 11.

I have an air mattress... they don't need to know how many people are really in the room, right?  is there a sofa in the room maybe? I can manage to sleep just about anywhere, I think. I'm short, I can fit in the bathtub!!! LOL!

Do you all know each other personally or just from the forum?  I'd love to go to the conference, but I'm fairly new and really don't know that many people yet.  Do you make reservations for the room, and then meet all the friendly people there and hopefully bond with a few of them?  Has anyone been to a conference before?  Sounds like fun.

I have been to two of these events in the past two years....I have met these girls who are going with us thru forums, support group meetings and cooking class and from my own place of surgery, Geisinger.....you will meet allot of nice wls'ers there and where are you from?  We booked the room and we individually  registered for the event on line using the discount promo code........Lois
