Friday Excercise

Good Morning Everyone,
I did my hour on the Elliptical this morning but feeling a little tired so will be taking it easy for the rest of the day. So what is everyone else doing to move today?

People comment on my over 100 pound weight loss and attribute it to my WILLpower, but it is my WANTpower: I WANT to be thin and healthy more than anything else!

Morning, Shilpa!

I did a 45-minute gig in the gym today.  Started out with a 10 minute "sprint" on the rowing machine, then moved to free weights, squats, pushups and crunches on the big blue ball.  First time I've done a variety in that way, so we'll see how that works for a while.
