***TGIF Roll Call***
Hi everyone -
Today has me a wor****il noon and then home ! I'm tempted to pre-plan a nap on this rainy day, but my place could use some cleaning up (as usual).
Tonight has me out to dinner with SO & his Mom for his birthday. Out to dinner is so tough for me. I've only been out once or twice since surgery. Last night we went out to grab a quick bite. I ordered soup and the salad bar. My charge for the meal was someone where around $8.00. I think I ate around $2.00 worth. I almost feel bad that my SO had to pay for me to eat next to nothing. Fortunately, he was good natured about it.
Tomorrow is work in the morning at the Doc's. Since it is likely to rain, we'll most likely be busy. Then off to a picnic in the afternoon, which will probably get rained out. I'm kind of hoping that it does. I'm not real interested in going since I don't know anyone. It's SO's old softball team reunion.
Wow....I'm actually busy this weekend...haha

Today I'm here at work 7:30 to 4.
Have training for a new computer program the company is implimenting from 9-4. I'm not feeling this training thing today. would rather be tucked away here at my desk instead of walking across the street to the other building for training in the rain....

Good Morning Everyone!
Truly TGIF this week! It's been a LOOOOONG one (start of classes always is, but this week just seemed to go on for a month or two!).
I'm at work today (got in early, went to the gym here and kicked butt for a whole 45 mins!), but hoping to get out a little early and go shopping with Becky for stuff for her for school. I'm also on call for my friend Mary, who's just having a really really hard point right now. They transferred her husband to Chandler Hall night before last because he had reached a point where she couldn't safely care for him at home. She and their kids are doing as ok as one can be, but it's such a tough process to go through and to watch. So incredibly sad, and for someone WAY too young.
I'm looking forward to seeing a lot of you tomorrow at Liz's! (remember - park FACING the garage so we can all fit - haha!). Liz, if this keeps up, you're going to have to build another addition to the house to fit us all!
