It was meant to be you were at the right place at the right time.  I love a good deal. I have a cruisinart blender that I spent about $80.00 for and love it and a coffee maker too. Grinds the beans and makes the coffee. And we always hear about men and their toys well us women can have our toys. Isn't there an expression about he who dies with the most toys wins? Well how about us girls?! I think he is a she because if it can do anything and everything its a female!  Yay for the girls!

I've been using my Cuisinart for over 10 years. It's great. Mine's not as big as your's, nor is it fancy at all, but that thing is a workhorse.

I got mine at a yardsale for $7 the summer after I graduated from college /cough cough 1995/. It was still in the box and like new!

wow great deal!! Glad to hear that it is a workhorse too - mine has some hard work ahead of it grating horseraddish...
