Wednesday Exercise

Am I really the first on this today?  Wow!

What are you all doing to move today?  Here's what I did...

1/2 hour on rowing machine (first timer - great workout!)
pushups
stretches

I also plan to walk (not run) tonight, probably 2 - 3 miles, weather dependent

so, I never made it to the gym yesterday. 

SO, today is Rocco day and I guess we'll do legs and abs since I didn't do them yesterday.  I think that's what we did last week together, but it's all good.

Remembered my gym bag today - yeah!! I'll be stopping at Curves on the way home and then walking the dog - maybe get a ride in on my bike if its not too hot.

I did 45 minutes on my Elliptical and willl be walking on my lunch and breaks. What is everyone else doing to move today. Oh BTW I joined a local gym that offers Zumba Classes. I heard great things about it for Lesley. Can't wait for my first class unfortunately it does not start until September 1st.

30 minutes flat run on the treadmill. 3 miles, 550 calories, 1 awful stink.

I'm going to a one hour Step class after work.  After that I'll be packing and getting ready for my vacation, which starts tomorrow -- hopefully all that running around will burn some calories too!
