Tuesday Excercise
Morning Shilpa - I left my gym bag sitting at home on my chaise
but my plan is to run home, drop hubby and doggy off, change and run back up to Curves tonight. I did take the dog for a nice long walk last night because it was so lovely out, then got on my exercise bike and had a great work-out - didn't make the 10 miles I had hoped to - went 7.5 - but I've been incorporating hand weights into several songs thru-out my work-out and increasing my tension so it felt more like 20 miles!! LOL.

I did about half an hour of weights and things like crunches this morning and plan to walk this evening. (My beau and I walked for 45 mins last night, and I wore him out! To be fair, he has back problems, so I'm sure that contributed to him slowing down. But it was funny that I could have kept going when he was done. He's sweet to always walk with me.)
going to the gym at some point tonight. I will do at least 30 mins cardio and then legs, including calves, and possibly abs.. depends on what time I get there and if it's too close to the time that kid care closes. I can always come home and do abs like I did yesterday. I have a ball at home and there's always the floor!
