Tuesday Excercise

Good Morning Everyone!
I did 45 minutes on the Elliptical and will be walking on my lunch and breaks. So what is everyone else doing to move today?

Morning Shilpa - I left my gym bag sitting at home on my chaise  but my plan is to run home, drop hubby and doggy off, change and run back up to Curves tonight. I did take the dog for a nice long walk last night because it was so lovely out, then got on my exercise bike and had a great work-out - didn't make the 10 miles I had hoped to - went 7.5 - but I've been incorporating hand weights into several songs thru-out my work-out and increasing my tension so it felt more like 20 miles!! LOL.

I'm going to Zumba after work.  I'm also going to do some shopping during my lunchtime -- shopping counts as cardio, right?  ;-)

Absolutely. I signed up for Zumba class at the local gym near my work. I will let you know how I like it and how long I will be able to do them.

I hope you like it!  I love it!!!  There's a woman who goes to Zumba at my gym who's 6 months along, and she seems to do just fine.  If you like to dance, I can't think of a better exercise -- usually I'm having so much fun that I forget how much I'm sweating and how hard I'm working.

I did about half an hour of weights and things like crunches this morning and plan to walk this evening.  (My beau and I walked for 45 mins last night, and I wore him out!  To be fair, he has back problems, so I'm sure that contributed to him slowing down.  But it was funny that I could have kept going when he was done.  He's sweet to always walk with me.)

going to the gym at some point tonight.  I will do at least 30 mins cardio and then legs, including calves, and possibly abs.. depends on what time I get there and if it's too close to the time that kid care closes.  I can always come home and do abs like I did yesterday.  I have a ball at home and there's always the floor!

Today was an easy day for me. I did something new....I took each of the dogs on their own run very this morning. Leo, the baby, loved it and Juno was like what the F$%#@. She ran 15 feet behind me. We must have been a sight.
