Sticking to the basics - TUESDAY
M1: yogurt with fiber one cereal
M2: cheese stick and an apple
M3: fresh Jersey tomato, turkey, onion, avocado with a splash of good seasoning dressing
M4: cottage cheese and NSA apple butter
M5: EAS protein drink after the gym
M6: baked chicken with roasted brussel sprouts
a lot of water and maybe a snapple

What a day so far - had to be in WAY early for employee breakfast (served by the pres and deans, so kinda not too optional), which offered: eggs, pancakes, bacon, sausage, hashbrowns, full-sugar yogurt and bagels (oh and a LITTLE plate of yucky fresh fruit). Sigh. I had a small scoop of eggs, one small piece of sausage, and a bunch of strawberries.
I packed the rest of my day, which now looks, in total, like this:
B: Strawberries, 1 egg, 1 sausage link
S: Fresh pineapple with LF cream cheese
L: 3 oz chicken breast, guacamole, and light flatout wrap
S: Grapes
D: Going out for thai, so likely fish
Exercise ain't happening today other than running between buildings!
