Sticking to the basics - TUESDAY

Hope you don't mind me starting this one, Liz.  I have my bag packed already and figured I would start it....

Wake up:  Waffle w/ pb
M1 @ work:  Cheese and crackers
M2 @ work:  Greek yogurt w/ berries
M3 @ work:  Salad w/ chicken & cheese
M4 @ work:  Edamame
M5:  At home before bed:  Cereal w/ milk and berries

There's not a whole lot around right now - and what is around is rock solid in the freezer - gonna have to cook up some protein sometime this week.  Easy stuff as I'm working till Friday....

M1: english muffin with cream cheese
M2: fage and peaches
M3: salad with some kind of protein (have to pick something up) or soup
M4:cheddar cheese
M5: just realized I didn't take anything out of the freezer - scrambled eggs or maybe a BLT
M6: chocolate chip oatmeal cookie

OK girls - what do the M1 and M2, etc mean?? Meal 1?? Meal 2??? Anyway, I'm doing better on my plan but the protein shakes were giving me some potty issues so I think I'll save those for the weekend when I know I don't do as well on my proteins and have a more convenient bathroom close by!

L: Ham & cheese roll-ups
S: SF pudding
D: Chicken (baked); salad
S: Not sure...

Yes, Kathy...meal one...meal two

I forget who I saw using the term first...but it works better for me with my crazy night schedule and such...so I copied it's use, LOL

Gave myself credit for doing beck group, posting here, posting on daily plate, resisting the munchies last night.
Excuses --- still working on why I can't get over the exercise excuse.
Behaviours/Feelings/Thoughts --- I really had the munchies last night but stuck to good choices.  Never felt satisfied though but fought it off -- had fiber one yogurt,cheese & crackers, and a banana.  I really think this was because I didn't have enough to eat all day ---- my calories were really low up to the munchie point.  Which would mean it was more physical than emotional, but I don't know.

104 lbs lost now Maintenance BABY!!!!

m1 - 1/2 bagel with 2tsp p butter
m2    1/2 c all bran and greek yogurt
m3    protein shake
m4    spaghetti squash, cheese and tomato sauce
m5   protein and salad greens (must stop at store) probably chicken or turkey
m6   skim milk

drink my 64 ounces of sf caffeine free...
take the vitamins
do my homework... what is perfection?
