***Terrific Tuesday Roll Call***
morning Pam and all.. Pam, you definitely needed to catch up on your sleep. You were such a bad a$* on the zip line!!! AND on no sleep!
Today has me working.. I am tired though because I woke up twice last night to pee.. the 2nd time was around 4 and I didn't go back to sleep until 5. So of course I fell into a deep sleep and then had to wake up for work at 6:45. Thank G-d I work from home!!!!!!!! I NEED COFFEE!!!! Anyone want to make a Sheetz run for me??? I just may have to venture out to do it and call it my break.
After work, I am going to hit the gym and then Siehara has an appointment with her therapist tonight. I need to go to the grocery store to pick up a few things for the house and the ingredients for the spinach chicken bake. I am not sure what kind of time I have the rest of the week, so I'll go tonight since I know I'll have time.
When we get home, I have some Pampered Chef trainings that I need to get done.

Good Morning!
I am dragging today. I am extra tired and the coffee is not kicking in yet. But, I am at wor****il 3:30. We have a fairly busy day, so I hope it goes fast.
After work, I will pick up kiddos and meet Johnny over at my grandparents. We are having dinner over there tonight. My 11 yo got to pick the menu and it's not healthy! Hot Dogs, Mac & cheese, and Corn. So I guess I will just be having a hot dog or 2. No mac & cheese for me! LOL
Then home after that to get kids ready for back to school tomorrow. Fun, Fun!

Morning all - beautiful day outside - freezing in my office - came in and grabbed an old hoodie I keep in the closet - anybody need some a/c? I'll gladly send it your way!
Work today - nothing too exciting there. Want to go to Curves after work - had my gym bag all packed and its sitting on the chaise in my bedroom - duh. But I think if I run home and change quick I can make it to Curves in time to get a decent work-out in. Rode my exercise bike again last night and got a great work-out in on that, along with a nice long walk with the dog. Love this weather!
Other than that not much exciting in my life right now, and trust me that's a very good thing!! LOL!!

But I think if I run home and change quick I can make it to Curves in time to get a decent work-out in. Exciting week ahead...
Leaving shortly to drive to Michigan...picking up mom and sister in Detroit suburbs, then north 5 hours tomorrow to Traverse City. My son will be married at Sleeping Bear Dunes National Lakeshore. It will be a casual outdoor wedding, with great music. He is singing during the ceremony and they have a well known midwest band at the reception (friends...gratis no less!). The reception is at an art gallery with a courtyard. Weather forecasts are as perfect as they get! I'm So excited! This is my "artsy" kid who swore marriage was NOT for him...and he is the last of our combined 6 kids to tie the knot. What? No more checks for wedding expenses???
Then to Ann Arbor (my alma mater Univ. of Michigan) to see daughter and SIL's new apartment - he is starting grad school this fall. Excited to see my 2 granddaughters there! We will spend 2 days with them and head home on the turnpike next Sunday.
And...the food bag is packed. Greek yogurt, cheese sticks, lots of water, protein powder in baggies, a couple of pudding cups, SF jello, and some deli turkey. Should get me through! (Still amazed how long food lasts post op!)
Oh - and good news - I had been lingering at 221# for over a week....broke through to 219 this morning. Still fighting temptation to weigh myself too often!
Another sidelight - since my surgery, DH has been "watching it" and eating much healthier low carb diet. He's lost 20# and is looking fine!

Looking forward to a quiet day. Need to work on some homework....

Today I am celebrating my surgiversary!!! Looks like I'll be treating myself to a new iPod for the occasion, since my old one has gone missing. I'm planning to go pick that up at lunchtime and run a few other pre-vacation errands then too.
After work I'm going to go to Zumba, because what better way to celebrate a surgiversary, then I'm going to meet a friend for coffee and come home and start packing to go to North Carolina on Thursday.
I am still absolutely astounded that it's my one year anniverary. I feel like it was just yesterday that I was waking up at Barix and thinking "I woke up! I made it! YES!!!" What a fabulous journey this has been for me!
