Do you think this would work if I sub'd diabetisweet and used Asher's SF chocolate (which uses maltitol as its sweetener)? Souffles always scare me but this one sounds easy...
I think that it would work! Go for it!! If it flops we'll laugh and still eat every last crumb! lol Ghirardeli also makes a chocolate chip - it is 70% cocoa, sweetened with sugar but there are only 4 grams in 1/4 cup. I eat it with no problems. Just an idea :) and I love Chocolate!
