My name is Cindy. Im from SW PA.  Been lurking for some time now.  Mr surgeon is Dr Quinlin at St Margarets Hosp.   My tentative surgery date is Oct 20.   I look forward to getting to know everyone better.

Hi Cindy, and welcome!  You'll be shocked at how quickly the time between now and 10/20 flies... start walking now, if you haven't yet... and start stretching, too!  It will make your recovery so much easier.

Welcome Cindy!!  You could not have come to a better place.  I just had my RNY this past Thursday and the whole process was made much easier by my friends on the PA board.  I knew exactly what to expect and when to expect it.  So I had no panic attacks.  I know what to do about practically every situation.  Your day will be here before you know it.
