***Monday Roll Call***

Morning all!

Well it's 1:30 - I was gonna try to stay up later than this and sleep most of the day before work tomorrow - but I am already getting quite tired!  I think after this it's gonna be bed time for me!

Had a GREAT weekend...after bro and gf left hubby and I went out together...saw a movie...went to Barnes and Noble to buy a few things...I did my pictures of zipping on the computer...and then spent the rest of the evening chilling on the couch.

Today I have to run to the store - didn't realize how low on a few things we were....pack lunches for work.....take care of the cats...blah blah blah.  I also need to continue to do research for a new PCP.  I heard back from the office of the original guy I wanted...but for some reason he is "out of network"...they explained when I have my office visits initially I would only need to pay the copay - but then once they submitted to insurance, I would be responsible for the amount not covered.  Hmmm - I don't think so!  So I'll do research on other ones.

Then it'll be back to work @ LVH. 7p-7a.

Enjoy!

Pam

Good Morning Pam,
So glad everyone had a good time on the Zip line adventure.  I had a terrific weekend myself.  The Phillies game was great, and then Sunday, the unassisted triple play to end the game was aweseme.

Monday has me with a change of plans.  I had planned on the shore, but decided I am too broke for that.  I will be finishing my bedroom, and then going to the Trenton Thunder game to sell 50/50 tickets for the Bucks County Special Olympics.  My sis is the fund raising coordinator and the team lets charities sell tickets during the games and tonight is Special Olympics opportunity.

I hope everyone has a great day.

Hugs,
Trish

Mornin all!

Today is another volunteer day.  I have been lecturing myself about the bad habits I am getting myself into.  Also about all the workouts I had planned to do.  Anyway, next month is going to be very busy and hopefully I can get back in shape before the conference.  I seriously want to.  I have never owned a little red dress.  I'd love to find one and get into a "little" red dress lol.

Look at this crazy weather.  Back into the 80s this week!  My tomatos love it though.

Clueless about weight loss and weight loss surgery of any kind.

today is going to be a busy day.  Will spend the day, packing, getting all the things ready for tomorrow, spending time with my toddler (maybe the park or a bounce place) and general chores.  In addition, today I will be on clear liquids.  Need to wait for the phone call to find out what time I go in tomorrow.  I hope I'm EARLY.
