Good Morning All!! How did you do with your food choices over the weekend? I Did OK - had pizza for lunch one day but other then that OK.

B: english muffin with cream cheese
S: fage and peaches
L: tortellini salad
S: cheddar cheese
D: beef stir fry
S: chocolate chip oatmeal cookie

Morning Liz - I actually did very good over the weekend, too - I'm really working hard at getting back to a good protein regime and cutting out some of those nasty carbs that grabbed hold of me while on vacation and running back and forth to the hospital.

B: Protein shake
S: Protein bar (small one)
L: Ham & cheese roll-ups; banana
S: SF pudding or lo-fat cottage cheese
D: Not sure yet...
S: 1/2 c sf ice cream; nuts

E: Recumbant bike tonight

coffee, tea, crystal light, sf jello and broth (chicken and beef)  ALL DAY and lots of it.  :-)

Gave myself credit for getting right back on track after a bad choice last night
Excuse for bad choice was that the black bean sf chocolate brownies I tried to make were awful/inedible but still wanted chocolate --- so ate some M&Ms  ---- yikes.

I had a good weekend, I have found that although miracle noodles leave a lot to be desired in the texture department, they really do a good job at bulking up a meal to get full without adding any calories.  I put them into a lean cuisine, it didn't effect the taste, it did take away from the texture though.  But on the plus side, it really curbed my appetite.

d salad greens and chicken some almonds
