Monday Excercise
Hi Shilpa!! I'm finally back posting on the exercise thread! I did work-out on my recumbant bike yesterday - got 35 minutes in for 7+ miles and some good arm exercise with my hand weights. Tonight I will ride my recumbant bike again and try to get in 10 miles - and if the weather holds maybe I'll get a ride in on my bicycle. Oh, and walk the dog - can't forget about that little guy.

Did my morning run this morning and I must say it was a chore. Legs felt like lead. Oh well. I think I'm still exhausted from taking Katie and Will to college and moving them in (an apartment and a dorm room move, plus 4-hour drive each way). What a workout.
I'll also be doing the grocery shopping workout this evening ;-) ... does that count?

Hey Shilpa and Norm I was feeling it today! I ran 3 miles outside 39:26, no stopping or walking. It's my personal best outside. I generally run 3 miles on the treadmill but outside I was stuck at 2. I'm pumped up! It got ugly at 2.75 miles but then mile 3 was actually easier. Wow.
