Off to the gym in a moment for my cardio. Undecided as to what to do.

It's so hot in the house that I'm already sweating.

Yum.

It'll be cardio and then weights over lunch.

How about you guys?

Gym bag is packed and I will be heading there right from work today, cardio and weights will be the drill, looking forward to getting back into what I know works.

I did my hour on the Elliptical to get my aggressions out. I am not in a good mood and it showed by the way I soaked thru on T-shirt this morning. Can I just say I am either harmonal or the whole world is NUTS?

I am supposed to take my nephew to the movies tonight, but if that doesn't work out for some reason, I will be hitting the gym for some major cardio and weight training.

I'm going to the gym for one hour of Zumba after work.  I'll also try to get in at least a 1 mile walk at lunchtime, but if it's too hot, that's not happening.  This heat could end any time now, and I'd be ok with it!
