Good Morning All!!

I need to grocery shop so desperately that I think this food is the last of the stuff in the fridge! lol Tomorrow morning I'll go so I can eat right again!

B: 1/2 bagel with cream cheese - few steak bits
S: fage and peaches
L: I'll have to run out and get something - probably a salad or sandwich
S: cheddar cheese and steak bits
D: BLT with cucumber slices
S: chocolate pudding with PB

L:  Tuna Salad (no bread just the good stuff)
S:  Caramel Latte Protein Shake (inspire)
D:  dinner theater in Lancaster... have no idea what they have but will try and make good choices

OK Liz - I figure better late than never to get back to posting on here to get myself back on track...

B: Sausage & egg burrito
S: 4 oz lo-fat cottage cheese; 5 ww Ritz crackers
L: Tuna salad
S: SF pudding cup
D: Broiled crab cake; salad
S: Cheese (maybe) or nuts

E: Putting my basement back together after all the company has gone - that'll be a work-out!

Good morning!

B- 1 oz of cheese, 1/4 of a Supreme protein bar, coffee (yes, that's the kind of morning it is)
S- Chocolate Max Protein / Inspire PB cookie
L- chopped antipasto
S- Chobani with blueberries
D- Mussels marinara, small salad
S- ricotta pie

May need to add a protein shake in there post-workout.

2.  3/4 Atkins Protein bar
3.  Veggie Pizza slice, mostly veggies on very thin wholewheat
4.  almonds and string cheese
5.  not sure about dinner yet

Excuse review --- the wasting phenomenon  --- it would be a waste not to finish . . .   but then got out my response card about being better to waste in trash then waste as fat on me :-)

Fell of the wagon... not beating myself up.  Getting up, brushing self off and hopping back on... I did work out though!
