Lisa, I made this after you had posted and OMG YUMMY! It was easy to make and taste great. Dennis didn't even put hot sauce on it and he puts it on everything!

Well now...if Dennis didn't put hot sauce on it - that's sayin' something!!!

I have had it WIT and WITOUT hot sauce.. yummy both ways!  AND, I've made the chicken different ways for the first step.  I'm not sure yet how I will do the 1st step.. probably something very basic.  I've also changed up the cheeses.. the last time, I used mozz and pizza cheese and left out the parm

I cooked my chicken in a pan with blue cheese vinerette dressing then used a 5 cheese italian blend to mix it up and that is what I had..I also used greek yogurt instead of sour cream ....Again it was what I had.

It ws Yummy! And I can see playing with cheeses to mix it up ;)

Yes, I did use the greek yogurt instead of sour cream, too.  I was trying to add to the protein.  This can be changed around so many ways.  I had some of Lesley's chicken in the freezer (the tomato chicken stuff)  thawed that out and then did the spinach/cheese part.. YUMMO!!!!

Ohhhhhhh Lisa that would be AWESOME!!!!  I haven't made it yet and really wanted to try it!!!  Yummy yummy yummy.

And might I add that never in a million years would I have EVER thought I would be so excited to have something like that.  Spinach is a new friend to me...never liked before surgery.  Now...it's not so bad!

which wooden spoons are you looking for? There is a bamboo spoon set, specialty cooking set, spatula set and small bamboo spoons.    I would assume you are thinking of the spoon set.  They are $9.50 for 3
