'Morning All!

Today is rough - I worked extra late (and hard) last night so I didn't get to plan much!

B: bacon egg and cheese on an english muffin
S: fage and peaches
L: ordering something out to reward my hard workers - I think salad for me
S: cheddar cheese and a few crackers
D: steak and cauliflower (I never got to it last night - got home too late to cook!)
S: chocolate pudding with PB

S: DD large coffee with Milk/Splenda
L: leftover sloppy joe with tvp, no bun
S: greek yogurt with sf caramel sryup
D: pork (already in crock pot), veggies

B- Chocolate Max Protein / Inspire PB Cookie
L- chicken thigh with BBQ sauce, salad
S- Greek yogurt and blueberries
S- Half a supreme protein bar
D- Chopped antipasto, SF jello
S- ricotta pie

I didn't plan today... but it didn't turn out so bad.

M1:  EAS Protein drink
M2:  Yogurt
M3:  egg casserole left over from the welcome back breakfast at school
M4:  EAS Protein drink
M5:  grilled chicken
M6:  i don't know
