Wednesday Exercise
Did 30 minutes of high-resistance work on the elliptical. I will not be in the weight room today, but I doubled up Monday and Tuesday, so I'm still on track for my three visits this week.
Changing things around to get to work early and leave early to mosey down to the Barix meeting tonight.
