Wednesday Exercise

Did 30 minutes of high-resistance work on the elliptical. I will not be in the weight room today, but I doubled up Monday and Tuesday, so I'm still on track for my three visits this week.

Changing things around to get to work early and leave early to mosey down to the Barix meeting tonight.

Can't wait to see you and Mary at the meeting tonight! I did 45 minutes on my Elliptical and will be walking on my lunch and breaks but that is it for me today. Have a good day!

I am hitting my karate class tonight.  We have a former marine coming in to teach a special class so it should be interesting.  Last night I learned how to stop someone's heart   I am looking for volunteers to practice on....

Going to the gym.. Rocco day.  We are going to work shoulders, biceps and calves.  I will also go early to get in 30 mins of cardio
