M2: yoplait yoplus
M3: Jersey tomato, 1/2 avocado, ham, cheese and a splash of good seasoning dressing
M4: EAS protein drink
M5: grilled chicken salad
M6L cantaloupe

Tried to analyze excuse for not exercising . . . can it just be laziness???
