3 year check up with Dr. Marymor

I just got home a little while ago from Dr. Marymor's office in Springfield. I had no trouble finding it, as it is right near the Springfield Mall, off I-476. We had a good talk about what I am doing, and not doing, and my stuckness, as I call it. He listened and encouraged me on what I can do differently to get back on track.

So, with my 3 year surgiversary coming up next week, I am committing to get back on track, and stop all the BS fudging around with my food.

Oh, Duh!!! My labs were all good except my B12. Even with my shots, it is low. He wants me to take sublingual B12 in addition to the shots. He also gave me carb intake guidelines and recommended a book and a website.

Thanks for reminding me about the labs. I am distracted when I sit at the computer, because my dog climbs up and throws his ball in my lap to play.
