Last night at work was the first time I actually felt comfortable eating...here's another two for one post - last night and tonight.  I kept the meals last night small and light just to play it safe and did well.  More of the same today

Wake up from nap before work "M1"  Toast w/ PB
M2:  Yogurt w/ berries
M3:  String cheese (2) and 4 saltines
M3:  Banana and PB
M4:  Edamame
M5:  Peach

Also had 71 ounces of fluid AT work...plus at least 48 at home during the day yesterday before work (was up most of the day as I had the night before off)

Tonights game plan:
M1:  Waffle
M2:  Greek yogurt w/ berries
M3:  Peach, and maybe some graham crackers
M4:  Arnold Thin Crisp w/ PB & NSA jelly
M5:  I have a banana and dried plumbs packed.  Not sure if I'll eat it or not.

Party at work tonight...so I must do my best to behave.

L:  lean hot pocket,  tomatoes
S:  Cheese
D:  Chicken and roasted veggies
S:  humus and cucumbers

Today's plan:

B:  Matrix shake with banana and strawberries
S:  Nectarine
L:  Grilled chicken breast with wholly guacamole and multi-grain flatbread wrap
S:  Grapes with Babybel lowfat cheese
D:  Pan-seared scallops with veggies

E:  Gym after work - trainer concentrating on upper body and core today

B- Chocolate Max Protein / Inspire PB cookie
S- string cheese (don't think I will eat it -- have been skipping my midmorning snacks lately)
L- turkey chili, 2% cheddar
S- PB ricotta pie
D- some kind of fish (going to the market after the gym to pick some up), small salad
S- Fage & berries
