Sticking to the Basics - Tuesday
Morning All!
This prednisone is kicking my butt - this is the plan but I don't think I'll get it all in
B: english muffin with light cream cheese
S: fage and peaches
L: turkey salad (turkey, cucumbers, onions, feta, a little orzo, tomatoes and italian dressing)
S: cheddar cheese and a few crackers
D: something with turkey - probably more of my salad
S: chocolate pudding with PB and whipped cream

My meds have calmed down and my appetite is a little better so here it goes........
B: 2 grilled chicken tenders
S: Cheddar cheese
L: Burger w/ fried onions and muenster Cheese
S: none
D: Whatever meat Johnny gets at store for the grill & Brussell Sprouts
S: none

Gave myself credit for going to bed early last night to avoid the munchies I was fighting
Thought about excuses I make (most of them are in social situations--unfortunately/fortunately there has been a lot of them this summer)

I will be doing liquids for at least the next 24 hours because I had a major stuck during dinner last night - it lasted for a few hours and was awful.

LOL - mine is more like a slime... built up saliva I guess. It is plain nasty. I actually feel sore on the inside and taking that antibiotic isn't helping either. Gggrrrrrr.... but it is what is is and I will eventually feel better. Have a good one Pam! Hope you are feeling better too.
