I am a patient person I am a patient person I can focus on the positive I can focus on the positive !
But oh Lord I want to see that -100 pounds !

I am sooo grateful. This time last year was my first step toward WLS and I had RNY in Decemebr.
I have had no complications. Blood work is good, I am off cholesterol, reflux, almost all blood pressure meds.  Mood is usally good but I feel my feelings more intensely - not eating compulsively and not using sugar, etc to keep them away leaves me more vulnerable.

I have gone on long bike rides, went kayaking with my wonderful husband, and have fun trying on clothes. I went from a 24w to 14/16 regular. I have no knee or back pain.

I still want to see that loss of 100 pounds soon.

Thanks for being here.  This is an imposrtant place for me.

Jenny,

I understand your desire to see the 100 pounds, I, too, wanted to see it, especially as I come close to my 2nd surgiversary. . .  however, keep your focus on paragraphs 2 and 3 and I'm sure in time you will see what you need to. . .

Best wishes, Laureen
