Tuesday Excercise

Good Morning Everyone!
I did about 45 minutes on my Elliptical and it's getting harder to push myself on the intesity level like I used to be able to BUT I am listening to my body and easing up a little on my workouts. I also will be walking on my lunch and breaks. So what is everyone else doing to move today?

People comment on my over 100 pound weight loss and attribute it to my WILLpower, but it is my WANTpower: I WANT to be thin and healthy more than anything else!

Listening to your body is a great thing, especially during pregnancy!  You go, girl!

I'm heading to the fitness center at work today after work to see the trainer - we're focusing on upper body and core today, I believe.  Yay.

Good Morning Shilpa,
Workouts are getting intense.  I may actually be further along now than I was when I was in the prime of my workouts.  Today has me going on a 25 mile bike ride, an hour of free weights, 30 minutes Planet Fitness station workout, 30 minute ab and back then an hour on the treadmill - all at the full incline of 15.0 at 5.0 mph.  I've worked my way up to this over the past month and it's actually not that bad.  Really working towards running a half marathon in a couple months.  Have a good day all.

My exercise today will be a one hour Zumba class, followed by some strength training (legs, back and abs today). 

I think my regularly scheduled lunchtime walk will be cancelled due to the obscene heat, unfortunately. Actually, it's not so much the heat that bothers me, it's the poor air quality on days like today wreaks havoc with my asthma. Not good!

Today is a rest day for me.

Shilpa, listening to your body is a good thing but I know sometimes it is hard for us to relax and listen when we should. Glad you are listening.

Heading to the Phillies game tonight.
