sticking to the basics - monday

I'm late to the party but here's today's plan:

B- Chocolate Max Protein & Inspire PB cookie, coffee
S- cheese stick
L- turkey chili, shredded cheese
S- fage with blueberries, also ate half a PB Supreme Protein bar post-workout
D- swordfish with balsamic glaze, small salad Didn't feel like cooking so I ordered an antipasto salad instead.
S- ricotta PB pie
