sticking to the basics - monday
MOrning Ladies! How are you all this morning??
How did you do food wise over the weekend? I did OK.
Here's the plan for today. I am on prednisone again, not sure if it is going to make me ill or hungry this time.
B: english muffin with cream cheese
S: fage and peaches - nope was too busy and nauseous
L: TBD - a few bites of chinese chicken and veggies and maybe 1 Tablespoon of rise
S: cheddar cheese - nope was too busy and nauseous
D: something with turkey - I roasted a whole one last night - A BLT, turkey was a bit too dry and with an already prissy pouch I didn't feel like testing the waters
S: chocolate pudding - with PB and a little whipped cream

Good Morning........my day is light. I have begun new meds as of Thurday and they are making me sick to my tummy. Probably will for the next few days or so till my body adjusts. So I haven't been eating much at all.

I actually had a great weekend ---- only non-plan item was 1 diet cosmo by the pool (vodka and crystal light cranberry pomergrante).

B: Inspire Caramel Latte protein drink
S: dd large coffee with milk/splenda
L: shrimp ****tail, cucumbers
S: string cheese
D: Spinach crust pizza for me, regular homemade pizza for hubby
S: sf banana creme protein pudding pop

M3: tomato, avocado, ham and cheese with good seasons Italian dressing super yummy
M4: yogurt with flaxseed no flaxseed but yes to the yogurt
M5: dinner is up in the air - hanging out with friends later made quiona and it got stuck! I have been in major pain since about 6 pm but I am finally feeling better. Looks like a liquid day for me tomorrow.

Maximize fluid intake today....
get in an extra walk aournd the building at work.

Wasn't a bad weekend... wasn't a great weekend. Pretty much stuck to plan (deviated a tiny bit with a quarter of a hamburger bun on saturday)... making Liz's crock pot ribs today!
B: Matrix shake with banana and strawberries
S: Fresh pineapple with cream cheese
L: Salmon and rice pilaf
S: Grapes and cheese
D: Crock pot beef ribs and corn on the cob
S: SF pudding
E: 2.25 mile run
