nice treat today

had an interesting treat today. they had a local bake sale today for breast cancer, and I stopped to see if they had anything sugar free, This one woman had baked goods that were vegan,  gluten free, raw and no sugar. it was sweetened with dates. sounds awful huh? I had an apple tartlet that was soo good. Her website is zenfresh.com I am going to try and see if I can get more ideas from her.

ok that link worked... only thing is we can't have Agave Nectar... that stuff is super sweet lol... learned that the hard way lol...

really? I use it in my tea all the time and I am ok, and i am sensitive to sugar...she mostly uses dates

yeah I called and asked barix about it last year and the nut said that the stuff and cane juice/syurp is about the purest form of sugar... so I have never tried either... so, I'm too scared too lol...
