Liquid Pre-sugery plan

My hubby had surgery 3 1/2 yrs ago. I had already planned to check and see if protein shakes were acceptable in place of slim fast if it doesn't work. We have plenty of protein powder in the house
Hopefully after my surgery I'll still like the protein we use currently, if not I'll make myself get used to it
